She cuts with precision and pays close attention to my hair’s individual needs. I have tight curly/coily hair. We did a hair cut, colour /highlights and my hair feels healthy and soft.

“I was very happy spending a self care day there. My roots were done. The color is gorgeous. I got a trim. Emi is phenomenal with hair. I love it. My nails were done with builder gel with cat eye polish which I wanted to try and now got the chance to. Facial wax was done my eyebrows have gotten a cleanup. One stop shop they even do hair extensions, masks for your hair. The balyage which I will do come summer. They do hair extensions. Face massages and facials. I love it. I will drive 5 and a half hours to have maintenence and see this place again and the people in it are ao helpful and amazing when it comes to suggesting. Made me feel right at home. It is right across from Toronto western. Which is perfect there has been some hard days ive had to deal with and I stayed with family overnight the girls were great letting me rest. So the 6 hours I was there I got to sleep for 2. Thanks guys! I will never forget the comfort you have given me”

My hair is super glam, as I am now in my Descendants - Mal / Kpop Demon Hunters - Rumi era. I got purple balayage done and I am constantly getting compliments. She worked on the challenges I gave her (like need to be low maintenance, grow out needs to be natural and not too bright and bright enough) and she nailed it! She alone gives the most relaxing scalp massage! I love Aki!!
Diane was also fab, she read my mind and gave me popcorn and the CTRL-ALT-DLT tea as well. I got ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment all around.
